Our Story
Coastal Palms Electrical was born from the vision of one man: Luis Martinez.
With 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, Luis founded Coastal Palms Electrical in 2020, with a clear vision: to create a company that combines high-quality electrical services with a deep commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Luis began his journey focusing on residential electrical work, dock and marina electrical installations, and outdoor lighting for B2C & B2B. From the very start, he dedicated himself to building a strong foundation for the company—focusing on developing solid relationships and a robust network within the community.
In the early days, the company was small, with just three team members, him and two helpers.
In 2023, the company welcomed Julio, originally from Oklahoma, who joined as a lead electrician.
Trained by Luis himself, specially on dock installations, Julio quickly grew into his role and is now the Project Manager for Coastal Palms Electrical, helping to guide the company’s expanding operations.
Today, Coastal Palms Electrical is composed of a dedicated team of six and continues to grow.
While the company initially made its mark in Pinellas County📍, it now aims to gradually expand into neighboring counties, bringing its trusted services to new communities.
The company is proud of the solid workforce it has built, along with reliable local suppliers who share its commitment to quality. Coastal Palms Electrical now offers a full range of electrical services across the Pinellas County, including residential electrical services, new constructions, rewiring and remodels, dock and marina electrical installations, outdoor lighting solutions, electrical panel upgrades and installations, EV charging station installation, generator transfer switch installations, pool heater electrical installations, electrical inspections, and more.
With a strong foundation, a growing team, and an expanding presence in the Pinellas County (for now), Coastal Palms Electrical is ready to continue its journey of providing exceptional electrical services and creating lasting relationships with clients (B2C & B2B) and businesses.
First Truck Evolution
When Coastal Palms Electrical first started in 2020, we had just one white truck with a simple magnet displaying our name. It got the job done, but we knew we wanted more.
As the company grew, so did our ability to invest in our image.
With hard work and dedication, we were finally able to invest in a full vehicle wrap—designed from a simple PowerPoint sketch—to proudly showcase our brand.
That first wrapped truck marked a major milestone.
Today, we proudly run a fleet of three fully branded trucks, with more on the way—a testament to our growth, success and expansion.
